1. Boil Water: Bring water to a rolling boil in a saucepan.

2. Add Flour: Reduce heat slightly and gradually sprinkle in the Pounded Yam flour while stirring continuously with a wooden spatula (omorogun / turning stick).

3. Stir & Knead: Mix vigorously until the dough becomes smooth, stretchy, and free of lumps.
